Exciting new partnership with Mole Valley Farmers

We are delighted to announce that Mole Valley Farmers are officially our new sponsor and partner, to support the country’s farmers and the agricultural industry together, as a team.

Through the partnership, Mole Valley Farmers will supply feed to farmers that we help, as well as supporting charity initiatives to raise funds for our organisation. Additionally, we will benefit from expertise across Mole Valley Farmers, including its specialist energy business, Mole Energy.

We have ambitious and exciting plans here at the Addington Fund to provide a number of new house builds providing affordable rents to rural workers. Mole Energy, who design and install renewable energy solutions, including solar PV and battery storage, will be providing advice and support, and helping us to develop and maintain our low carbon future.

Bill Young, CEO of the Addington Fund says: This is a true win, win scenario with Addington benefitting in many ways. Mole Valley will become our preferred feed supplier, delivering to our farmers in their hour of need and we can access specialist expertise provided by Mole Valley Farmers and its various services.

“We will also work together on various fundraising initiatives including our charity trip to Lundy Island which is always hugely popular with the farming community and we look forward to that returning in 2022 after an enforced break.”

Jack Cordery, CEO of Mole Valley Farmers says: We are delighted to announce this partnership with the Addington Fund. There is a natural alignment with the work of the Addington Fund and the core sense of purpose and values of Mole Valley Farmers. We work for the greater good of our Farmer Shareholders, customers and the wider agricultural and rural communities. We all know that at times farming can be a challenging industry, and the support the Addington Fund gives to farmers when they need it is invaluable. They also look to the future with their Young Entrants Scheme and we look forward to a really exciting year ahead, supplying feed, services and supporting a range of fundraising activities.”

We would like to give a huge thank you to Mole Valley for their invaluable support. We are truly looking forward to our exciting future ahead with such a fantastic company and team.
