As the New Year approaches, we have looked back at our housing work for 2022...

We have provided homes and workplaces for retiring tenant farmers and people working in rural occupations, which has a financial value of over £1.2m. However, we hope that the value to those living in an Addington home extends far beyond that of a financial one, and that by us providing a safe, secure, and affordable home, we help to bring stability, confidence, and a positive outlook for the future, along with the feeling and realising that somebody cares...

We could not have achieved this without the help of our many generous supporters and we say a collective thank you to you all. The escalation in house values has made our work especially challenging this year, and to help us to continue our essential work in the farming and rural community, we need your support now more than ever...
